Requirements

  • Windows XP or Windows Vista 
  • DirectX 9 or higher.
  •  Audio playback and capture device
  •  32 bit color
  •  500 MHz Pentium or equivalent
  •  MPEG-2 codecs are required to playback MPEG-2 encoded videos on your computer.
  • Specific MPEG-4 formats require the appropriate MPEG-4 codec.
    • DivX Pro codecs are required to convert to DivX
    • Real Media Player is required for Real Media support
    • Windows Media 9 or higher is required for Windows Media support
    • Apple QuickTime is required for QuickTime support
    • XviD codecs are required to convert to XviD

The speed, quality and performance of all codecs installed on your computer are the responsibility of the codec manufacturer.

This software is not supported in the stripped down version of Windows that has been mandated by the European Commission's anti-trust ruling against Microsoft.
